On Thursday, Nov. 17, 2022, police became aware that the men were believed to be at a restaurant located in the 300 block of 11 Avenue S.W. After leaving the restaurant, the men were arrested by officers from our Tactical Unit after a brief foot chase. The beach is served by a small car parking area and public toilets. It is not an official campsite but there is a designated area for short-stay wild camping in tents. Very convenient location which is located inside of Calgary international airport.
